Exemplary customer service once again! ML developed a fuel leak and the fuel was leaking at a good rate, so service manager coordinated a loaner vehicle being delivered to my wife's office in Fountain Hills and subsequent dealer-personnel handled return of my vehicle for warranty repairs. This was clearly above the expected response and my positive story has been shared with several coworkers already. The Schumacher organization truly knows how to deliver an exemplary automotive experience. As for retaining customers, I will definitely be back for my next vehicle.

My service person, Erik, is the first Mercedes dealership employee (both sales and CS) that has provided the sort of service one would expect from a car in this class. Schumacher is very far out of my way, but is worth the effort on my part and will be the only place I take my Benz in the future.

Ken Lamb has been the only service advisor I've ever had. He is outstanding and I trust him explicitly! When I was told (Jan. 4, 2010) he was on vacation, I became very nervous & anxious about taking my 1986 560 SL in for repairs. However, Sam Mena very quickly relieved my concerns.
