Thank you for choosing Schumacher European for servicing your Mercedes-Benz. We pride ourselves on taking excellent care of our customers. We truly want your ownership experience to be the best experience possible! That's why we have created this reference guide to help simplify what maintenance your vehicle will need and when.
Your vehicle's instrument cluster will display a letter and message such as "Service A Due in 300 miles". Depending on the model you have you will see messages from Service A all the way up to Service H. For example the 2009 E 350 Operator's manual states: "Service types A through H are classified based on estimated time needed to perform the maintenance service, ranging from:
Service A (approximately 1 hour) to
Service H (approximately 8 hours)."
So what your instrument cluster is trying to tell you is an estimated time needed to perform the service it thinks your vehicle needs. It does not specifically tell us what is needed. We have found that there are many different driving habits, conditions and maintenance preferences to have a one size fits all approach.
For simplicity we have set up this guide in three sections. The first is the 10K, yearly interval. Second is the 20K, every other year interval. The third is additional services needed based on time and/ or mileage. As always please refer to your vehicle's maintenance booklet or speak with your service advisor if you have any questions.

Additional Recommended Maintenance
Not all conditions are the same! Individual driving habits can be very different, from hard stop and go traffic to easy highway driving. One thing that stays fairly consistent is our "severe operating conditions". Here in Arizona we have very hot, dry and dusty conditions that may require more frequent maintenance. Below are recommendations that will help you get the most from your Mercedes-Benz.

This contains dealership recommended maintenance and is intended only
as a reference guide. Always refer to your vehicle's maintenance
booklet, owner's manual, warranty booklet, tire pamphlet and/or any
other documents supplied with your vehicle, for additional information. These recommendations are based on severe operating conditions. Your operating conditions may differ. Any
maintenance work not performed or not performed at the specified
interval which results in the failure of the warranted component(s) or
system(s) in question may not be covered by the Mercedes-Benz New
Vehicle Limited Warranty, Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty or
Extended Limited Warranty. Schumacher European Ltd., reserves the right to make changes at anytime without notice. This
