You all have made my dealership experience enjoyable. Remington in sales is extremely knowledgeable and always professional. John at the parts counter- his intelligent and helpful manner is much appreciated. I'm new to driving Mercedes-Benz and cannot imagine ever driving anything else. Schumacher European has exceptional customer service. My sales rep Remington is patient, kind and a hard worker who loves to help people. I come into the store and am greeted right away by beautiful girls that also offer me water. The managers are also very kind. I have been coming here for years, as well as my family, and you defiantly get what you pay for. I love the laid back atmosphere that lies within the dealership because you don't see that at many luxury dealerships. Love Schumacher and everyone that works there. I would highly recommend Schumacher to anyone looking to purchase a new/used car! Or Sprinter!!

Responsive, reactive, communicative, thoughtful, and wonderful customer service. I am a person that's on the go- and her ability to use tele, cell, text, and email all support my claim that she is one of the best Sales Relationship person that I have experienced. SAM MENA is the man on service that is absolutely over the top awesome. He has helped me on many occasions- and is always responsive, helpful and caring. I honestly can say he is the best professional I have met in all of my years of driving. If there is a way he can help- he will. Mercedes is lucky to have him on their team. ANDY HOMER- head of Service is also wonderful- a very detailed and focused individual that also exhibits excellence that you would come to expect with a flagship Mercedes Benz experience. I remember when Bill Lambert sat outside the dealership on Sundays, when they were closed, in the heat of the summer. He would talk to anybody and everybody who passed by. When I decided to buy, he was the guy I made a beeline for. After buying the car, I've had nothing but pleasant experiences dealing with Ken Lamb. Nothing was ever too much for either Bill or Ken. I have a C-320 (2003) and a. E-320 CDI(2005) both purchased new and serviced only by Schumacher.

Deanna Hannan sets the bar when it comes to providing all around service standards for new car purchases. Friendly, approachable, comfortable, and understands her products. I also like the fact that Deanna's relationship with the customer does not end once the sales has been completed. She is very willing to take the point on any follow up items after the car left the lot. This is such an important component in the sales process and Deanna passes with flying colors. I was so happy with my experience with Deanna, that I purchased a second car from her 3 months later. I highly recommend her for your new/used car purchase.

My wife and I are new customers to Schumacher. We had Roadside Assistance from Mercedes and they sent a Schumacher Technician. We were impressed with his credentials and professional demeanor. We decided to give the store a try for routine service. We like dealing with the same adviser on each visit, the clarity of communication on service options (We are doing more than the warranty requires as we plan on long-term ownership.) and the Mercedes-Benz Club of America discount. The store is huge with comfortable waiting areas and when necessary, a clean and appropriate Mercedes loaner car. Our cars are always returned in perfect condition and the work has always been done at the price quoted. Never a surprise! We are converts to Schumacher and will purchase our next Mercedes cars there. We have an ML 350 and an E350 Coupe, neither is near the top of the Mercedes line. None-the-less, we are treated as valuable customers whose business is truly appreciated.
We were buying a used first car for our son, who is in college. We looked at all sorts of dealerships with no success. On a wim, I said who would have great used cars being traded in and that is how we arrived at going to look at Schumacher. Bob Atanasio treated us as though we were looking for a new car, even though we were on a very tight budget. He was excellent and we were treated very well. In the lot was a Honda SUV that fit all that we were looking for and more. We also felt that if their mechanics had looked it over and it was on their lot it was quality used. We had a great experience, was treated fairly on price and the process of buying was so much better than other dealerships we have bought from in the past. The only thing we laugh about is my husband always wanted to buy a Mercedes and we end up buying a used car for our son at the dealership instead. That was never something we never thought would happened. He loves the car and we loved our experience at Schumacher.

By far Schumacher is the most outstanding of the 5 MB dealers we have purchased from over the many years we have owned Mercedes. Mike Stoops, our service advisor is outstanding. Waste Not is celebrating 25 years of living out its mission of providing a one-of-a-kind response to the waste of perishable food by various food purveyors in the metropolitan Phoenix area. Simply put, we transfer excess perishable food from those who do not need or want it to those that do. Waste Not is not a food bank! We do not warehouse food. We operate with a fleet of 5 refrigerated trucks that travel more than 100,000 miles per year. On average, we transfer 6-7,000 pounds of food daily from restaurants, resorts, caterers, grocers and various food purveyors to more than 100 agencies and organizations that feed the hungry including schools, after-school programs, daycare centers, rehabilitation centers, transition homes and homeless shelters. Last year we rescued more than 2 million pounds of food, delivering it to our hungry neighbors.
Mr. Werner Schumacher, owner of Schumacher European Ltd, has been a valued supporter of Waste Not for more than 20 years, contributing thousands of dollars helping us keep our trucks on the road delivering hope as well as sustenance to those who need it most. The newest additions to our fleet are 2 Mercedes-Benz Sprinters, purchased through Schumacher European Ltd. Our drivers love their Sprinters! We are hopeful that in the coming years, our entire fleet will be comprised of Sprinters.
