Schumacher European has exceptional customer service. My sales rep Remington is patient, kind and a hard worker who loves to help people. I come into the store and am greeted right away by beautiful girls that also offer me water. The managers are also very kind. I have been coming here for years, as well as my family, and you defiantly get what you pay for. I love the laid back atmosphere that lies within the dealership because you don't see that at many luxury dealerships. Love Schumacher and everyone that works there. remember when Bill Lambert sat outside the dealership on Sundays, when
they were closed, in the heat of the summer. He would talk to anybody
and everybody who passed by. When I decided to buy, he was the guy I
made a beeline for. After buying the car, I've had nothing but pleasant
experiences dealing with Ken Lamb. Nothing was ever too much for either
Bill or Ken. I have a C-320 (2003) and a. E-320 CDI(2005) both purchased
new and serviced only by Schumacher.

Deanna Hannan sets the bar when it comes to providing all around service standards for new car purchases. Friendly, approachable, comfortable, and understands her products. I also like the fact that Deanna's relationship with the customer does not end once the sales has been completed. She is very willing to take the point on any follow up items after the car left the lot. This is such an important component in the sales process and Deanna passes with flying colors. I was so happy with my experience with Deanna, that I purchased a second car from her 3 months later. I highly recommend her for your new/used car purchase.

My wife and I are new customers to Schumacher. We had Roadside Assistance from Mercedes and they sent a Schumacher Technician. We were impressed with his credentials and professional demeanor. We decided to give the store a try for routine service. We like dealing with the same adviser on each visit, the clarity of communication on service options (We are doing more than the warranty requires as we plan on long-term ownership.) and the Mercedes-Benz Club of America discount. The store is huge with comfortable waiting areas and when necessary, a clean and appropriate Mercedes loaner car. Our cars are always returned in perfect condition and the work has always been done at the price quoted. Never a surprise! We are converts to Schumacher and will purchase our next Mercedes cars there. We have an ML 350 and an E350 Coupe, neither is near the top of the Mercedes line. None-the-less, we are treated as valuable customers whose business is truly appreciated.
We were buying a used first car for our son, who is in college. We looked at all sorts of dealerships with no success. On a wim, I said who would have great used cars being traded in and that is how we arrived at going to look at Schumacher. Bob Atanasio treated us as though we were looking for a new car, even though we were on a very tight budget. He was excellent and we were treated very well. In the lot was a Honda SUV that fit all that we were looking for and more. We also felt that if their mechanics had looked it over and it was on their lot it was quality used. We had a great experience, was treated fairly on price and the process of buying was so much better than other dealerships we have bought from in the past. The only thing we laugh about is my husband always wanted to buy a Mercedes and we end up buying a used car for our son at the dealership instead. That was never something we never thought would happened. He loves the car and we loved our experience at Schumacher.

By far Schumacher is the most outstanding of the 5 MB dealers we have purchased from over the many years we have owned Mercedes. Mike Stoops, our service advisor is outstanding.
