Did you know that April is National Distracted Driving Awareness Month? That's right. Last month marked the third year the day was celebrated, due to the fact that distracted driving has become such a huge problem for drivers on the road today. Of course, most distractions are caused by technologies like cell phones, but food, beverages, and taking part in other activities while driving also negatively affect drivers and make them more likely to get into a crash. Teen drivers are affected by this the most, and now Mercedes-Benz is doing something to help.

Mercedes-Benz Branches Out with New Furniture Collection

You probably already know that auto brand Mercedes-Benz offers some of the most luxurious vehicles on the market. What you might not know, however, is that the brand is branching out into new markets. Its most recent venture is a furniture collection created in conjunction with Italian furniture manufacturer Formitalia. This new line will be launched at the upcoming Milan Furniture Fair and currently consists of a home theater system stand, a bed, a sideboard, several chairs, a chest of drawers, a sofa, a dining room table, and a chaise lounge.
